The sound of metal bells and the shiny little mirrors of the bra and belt set enticed me into buying one. I know, a lot of dancers own this set but by mounting it on a bra/belt base and combining it with differnt skirts/accesoires it llok different on every dancer..
I bought this set as a bra cover and coinbelt on eBay and I used silk to cover a basic bra and basic belt, then attached the metal parts to it. I reduced the swags hanging from the bra and created to upper arm pieces, a choker and earrings from spare parts.
I wear it a lot, the Dutch audience loves the whole 1001 nights/sheherezade thing. |
